GrayMatter is looking for a proactive, analytic thinker to take charge of our Salesforce reporting including forecasting, and dashboard creation. The ideal candidate will have a several years experience in working specifically with Salesforce.com platform including report generation and creation, dashboards, exporting data for review, and working closely with the CRO in forecasting monthly, quarterly, and yearly. As the Salesforce Operations - Data Analyst for GrayMatter, you will help the team to manage the full sales process and help make sure the data is complete, usable, and accurate by working closely with the outside sales team, inside sales team, business development, and marketing departments while reporting directly to the CRO. This person will need high attention to detail and be comfortable working with multiple teams to get accuracy.
