GrayMatter is looking for an experienced Salesforce.com Administrator and Developer with Financial Force background.  The ideal candidate will have a several years experience in working specifically with Salesforce.com platform including  setup, field management and creation, categories and defining the underlying architecture.  This individual will working closely with the CRO and the CFO to allow systems better reporting within the newly created fields.  This will assist in allowing better forecasting for monthly, quarterly, and yearly results.  As the Salesforce Administrator for GrayMatter, you will help leadership to manage the full system integration from lead and opportunity in Salesforce to FinancialForce integration for proper data flow.  Also, you will work with reporting and dashboard creation to help make sure the data is complete, usable, and accurate.  Teamwork is extremely important as after it is designed you will assist in implementation to the team including, the outside sales team, inside sales team, business development, and marketing departments.  This person will need high attention to detail and be comfortable working with multiple teams to get accuracy.

Major Responsibility Areas:

  • Work inside Salesforce.com platform in setup, field creation and management, and data flow from multiple systems
  • Create reports, dashboards, etc for use with new fields and groupings.
  • Work with the team to create more data per opportunity including task set up, and uploading vendor backup.
  • Review open opportunities for accuracy and forecasting.  If data is missing, help create fields or notifications to ensure data is updated.
  • Create presentations for the leadership team and board of directors based on data and findings
  • Create reports and dashboards for individuals and managers for quota attainment and vendor management
  • Work closely with outside sales, inside sales to create accurate data, and analyze trends per opportunity and product.  Create fields, workflows, processes, and reminders as needed.
  • Work closely with business development and marketing to analyze lead creation and success rates.  Create fields, workflows, processes, and reminders as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, industries can include business, accounting, finance, and engineering.
  • Minimum (3) three years of Salesforce.com experience
  • Salesforce Certification required 
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
