  • Work with Sales team to assist existing and potential customers
  • Present solutions to resolve customer issues
  • Handle customer meetings to discuss technical solutions and create pilots for implementation
  • Set up and configure SCADA hardware and software (iFix, FIX, OPC Server/Driver)
  • Create demos to showcase potential solutions
  • Train customers on how to operate products and application
  • Assist company to develop long-term customer relationships
  • Assist in proposal generation


  • Confident public speaking skills for crowds from 2 to 200
  • Excellent use of PowerPoint and Presentation tools
  • Ability to utilize MS Visio and VMWare for demonstrations
  • Superior note taking ability for use by team
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • First-rate decision making skills
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, presenting, writing)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Problem solving skills with unstructured information
  • Good knowledge of VBA
  • Strong understanding of networking essentials and Microsoft operating systems
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and network components
  • A strong knowledge of current computer technology and TCP/IP configurations
  • Knowledge of industrial programming software packages (iFix, etc.) 


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or higher
  • 3-5 years experience in programing or related field
  • Willing and able to travel
